Can I cancel a transport job if I cannot execute the job?

Yes, you can cancel a transport at any time. However, cancelling a transport is free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed pick-up time. 

Between 48 hours we need to charge a cancellation fee. We use this because we need to find a new courier last-minute.

Cancellation costs between 48 and 24 hours in advance are €25 and within 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time the cancellation costs are €50. 

For bundles, you pay €50 cancellation costs if you cancel between 48 and 24 hours and €100 if you cancel within 24 hours.
