I indicate that I want to carry out an assignment. Now what?

Assignments with a green check mark:

You can claim and schedule most assignments directly. These assignments have a green check mark. This is because many clients pay for their assignments immediately upon placement. This makes it possible for couriers to accept an order immediately if you can do it in the indicated time slots. Once you have claimed the job, you will immediately receive all the information about the job. 2 hours before the time period starts (on the date when the transport will be carried out) you will receive the customers' contact details and you can also send them a message and/or call them.

Order pending / without green check mark:

There are also orders that have not yet been paid. You then indicate when and at what time you can collect the items. If the client agrees, the client confirms and pays for the transport.

If you and the client agree on the time of pick-up and delivery, you then receive the (contact) information on the pick-up and delivery address and execute the order.  

Please note that this order then says 'pending'. You cannot start driving it until it has actually been accepted.
